Our complete cheese-production plant at the DOS PINOS COOPERATIVE, in the San Carlos canton of Costa Rica, has gone live. Every day 250,000 litres of cow's milk are processed to make Turrialba blocks, Turrialba rolls and Tico-Rico cheeses.
