TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION OF THE DOUBLE-ZERO CDT CURDLING VATS
Tecnical has developed a new model of curdling vat with the main aim of making it easier to unload the curd, thus reducing even more the generation of fines at this stage of production.
The new geometry in the design of the vat also simplifies interim cleaning operations and removal of curd sediments thereby significantly reducing the time needed and hence the energy used.
A further important improvement is that the harp cutting blades are extractable, which means they can easily be replaced or removed in order to be sharpened and refitted. As with its predecessor, this model of machine enables the entire harp to be removed from the curdling vat to facilitate maintenance work.
