NEW PLANT IN SWEDEN
Tecnical has supplied a cheese producer in the Lactalis Group, in Sweden, with a complete and totally automated line for producing Havarti cheese in perforated multi-moulds, with a production rate of 2 multi-moulds per minute.
This totally automated line is designed to produce 250,000 litres a day and it includes the full cycle from moulding the cheese to arriving at the salting process. This project was unusual because it involved a self-pressed cheese.
