Having completed the design and building of a full cheese production plant, the FAT tests are currently being conducted in Tecnical's facilities: these are the factory acceptance tests that ensure the safety and quality of all units of equipment before they are dispatched.

• Cheeses are made in micro-perforated multi-moulds.
• Production capacity of 150,000 l in 12 hours
