Description: The Pulmax Load System tilting maceration drum is available for capacities from 1,750-1,900 kg to 5,250-5,700 kg. This vacuum tumbler is especially built to increase the load capacity and achieve a faster process. The Load System is different, due to having a hydraulic unit for articulation of the access lid and to tilt the drum for the loading and unloading process. Through use, the absorption and retention of the brine is increased, improving its distribution while optimising the extraction of muscle protein. During stop times, air can be introduced into the drum to help achieve the “lung effect” that promotes the development of colour in the product and increases protein extraction.

Unlike the Load System model, this vacuum tumbler has an additional cooling cover which is required for some of the production processes. Like the Load System, this automatic meat massager has a hydraulic unit for articulation of the access lid and to tilt the drum for the loading and unloading process. Through use, the absorption and retention of the brine is increased, improving its distribution while optimising the extraction of muscle protein.
