Description:The manual closing of moulds is an operation which does not always receive due attention: as a result, the moulds are often closed at different pressures and many of them with the lids badly positioned and misaligned. Our system, which adapts to a wide variety of moulds, facilitates the closing and opening operations and also exerts the appropriate pressure, favoring the compacting and binding of the product, thus preventing losses in slicing. The press acts by means of two pneumatic cylinders. The first presses down the lid and the second operates the mould closing mechanism. As long as pressure is maintained, the operator can close or open the mould effortlessly.
