R&D&I

Our R+D+i Department provides companies of the food industry with creative, innovative and efficient solutions that help improve and optimise their production processes. 

Innovation, together with knowledge and experience, have resulted in a number of patents, including a novel immersion mould washing system and an automatic horizontal cheese pressing system.

In addition, collaborations with prestigious food technology institutes and leading polytechnic universities keep us at the forefront of research and advances in the sector.

PROJECTS

In this department, professionals trained in engineering and production processes, design custom projects following parameters of efficiency, optimisation and profitability.

Each case is studied and developed in a personalised manner, assessing the particular characteristics of the client: methodology, product range and available resources, so that the final project is perfectly adapted to their current and future needs.

Tecnical's machinery has also been designed according to these parameters since, in addition to its high degree of reliability and efficiency, it optimises space by using the height of the building, thus occupying the minimum possible surface area
 


CUSTOM AUTOMATION

The automation and programming department is made up of professional experts who work to adapt equipment and production lines to the specific needs of each customer.

The installation is adjusted respecting the methods, tempos or particular formulas for each case and aiming to satisfy not only the current expectations but also the future design variations that the product may experience, thus extending the useful life of the equipment.

FAT & SAT

Included in Tecnical's quality standards are FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) tests that guarantee that, once the manufacturing phase of a production line or equipment has been completed, each and every one of its components conforms to the requirements agreed with the client and, furthermore, verifies that the entire system works perfectly.

Subsequently, once the equipment has been assembled and put into operation at the customer's premises, the SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) tests are carried out, which are necessary to verify and guarantee its operability and functionality.
 


AFTER-SALES SERVICES

To ensure proper use of the equipment and maximise productivity, it is essential that staff receive the necessary training. At Tecnical we offer this training and provide customer support to resolve any queries or problems that may arise later. The after-sales department also offers spare parts management for our machinery and lines, as well as non-urgent mechanical-electrical support in case on-site support is required.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE SERVICE

Tecnical's SAT (Support Assistance Team) department's hotline is a great advantage for achieving a quick resolution of setbacks. The SAT department provides support and guidance for the installation, configuration or use of the program and machinery, and also performs preventive maintenance tasks, remote system updates, as well as monitoring systems and networks to detect and resolve problems proactively.
